The HighRoad
software is provided to end users under a license
agreement, a copy of which is available
from Creative Engineering. Ownership of
the software always remains with the copyright
holders. The license agreement requires, amongst
other things, that the user be experienced in road
design and the interpretation of terrain models,
and that independent checks be done on the output
produced. In other words, the normal engineering
practise of checking your work is required as part
of the license agreement.
